Shipping is free, and every parcel is tracked from Fukuoka to your door. We send to these 32 countries.
Every piece is packed by hand in Fukuoka and sent with tracking all the way to your door: by EMS, insured for its full value, on orders of $100 or more, and by tracked airmail below that.
Vintage pieces leave Fukuoka within three business days. New pieces from the makers leave within one week.
Once it leaves, EMS usually arrives in 3–7 days (our experience; Japan Post quotes 2–4) and tracked airmail in 5–21 days (Japan Post's estimate). These are usual times, not promises: customs and flights can add days.
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send the piece back as it came; we refund the full price, return postage included. Seller and terms
